I work for this large private company (Turnover approx £120 million) who deliver training, work force development, business support and other programs for various Government Departments internationally. I Chair their Scottish operation with a view to trebling its size within the next 5 years, and establish and develop national relationships with national employers. I also advise the Group in general on how changes in Government policy might impact on the group in the area of business support, mentor some senior managers, and have roles as Chairman of Business Support Services as well as chairing a Group Board sub group looking at how we can run the business more effectively and efficiently across all we do.
