As
owner and Director of this
small consultancy practice I work on a range of projects
which have included part time CEO of a new internet based
subsidiary of a large independent information company. Also
involved in tourism and country image projects, feasibility
studies, as well as giving ongoing strategic advice and
assistance to an English Regional Development Agency where
I have done a number of restructuring and advisory tasks.
Also in 2000 I led and project managed a review and
transformation of the business support services throughout
the region. This program is now being implemented and I
acted as CEO and a Board member of the new North East
Business Support Board for a period during the transition.
I also have worked for two English Local Authorities
helping them look at the future, and with a Scottish
Council on similar matters.
