Positions & Achievements
From 1983-1985 held positions of Senior Business Adviser, Head of Food Unit, and Head of Health Care and Biotechnology within this predecessor body to Scottish Enterprise. Projects included a strategic review of the bakery industry in Scotland, advising a major confectionery company, local Councillors, and Government Ministers on the closure of one of their major plants, and preparing a joint venture proposal for the establishment of a gamma irradiation sterilisation facility in Scotland.
